Responsibilities:

• Client prospecting and acquisition
• Creating Relationships with Clients and prospects
• Answering questions and addressing concerns
• Informing customers about sales, promotions, and policies
• Drive sales through the engagement of customers
• Suggestive Selling and sharing of products information
• Handling payments
• Marketing of product
• Helping with special promotions
• Dealing with Customer queries and complaints
• Other duties as may be duly assigned by the Sales manager

Requirement:

• BSc./HND  In Business Administration/ Marketing/ Economics or any other relevant courses.
• Have a good fashion sense
• 1 – 3 years of cognitive experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of sales standards and customer service routines
• Proficiency in English
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota
• Must be attentive to customers’ needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus
• Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
• Basic administration skills.

Starting Salary: NGN50,000 – NGN80,000
